Procedure to Establish a Company and Start Operations

1. Register for the Enterprise Registration Certificate
2. Register for the company seal and the seal sample certificate
3. Announce the establishment of the business in three consecutive issues
4. Display the company signboard at the headquarters
5. Prepare initial tax declaration documents at the District/County tax office and purchase or print invoices (if needed)
6. Engrave the company square seal
7. Create the shareholder or member register
8. Submit a capital contribution notification to the Department of Planning & Investment
9. Pay business license tax at the state treasury
10. Submit monthly or quarterly VAT tax reports (before the 20th of the following month)
11. Submit monthly statistical reports (before the 10th of the following month)
12. Keep accounting books as required by the Accounting Law
13. Register labor, register salary scales, and purchase social insurance. This should be done within 3 months from the date of establishment
14. Submit monthly/quarterly personal income tax (PIT) declarations when there is a tax obligation
15. Submit quarterly corporate income tax (CIT) declarations when there is a tax obligation
16. Annually submit financial statements to the District/County statistics office
17. Submit annual PIT finalization to the District/County tax office
18. Submit annual CIT finalization to the District/County tax office

 Business License Tax Calculation

Entities established after June 30 only pay 50% of the annual business license tax.
