1. Conditions for applying for evisa (electronic visa) Vietnam
To be eligible for an E-visa to Vietnam, foreigners need to meet the following requirements:

Valid Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry and have at least 2 blank pages for stamps14.

2. List of countries granted Vietnam evisa
Below is a list of 80 countries whose citizens are granted Vietnam e-visas. However, in addition to this list, there are still other countries that can apply for Vietnam e-visas depending on the region and time in accordance with Vietnam's policy.

1. Procedures for applying for evisa (electronic visa) for foreigners entering Vietnam
The E-visa application process takes place through the following steps:
Step 1: Access the website: Go to https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/trang-chu-ttdt to start.
Step 2: Select visa type: Click on “ Register for E-visa ” for foreigners.
Step 3: Fill in personal information: Provide complete information as required such as full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and passport information 45.
Step 4: Upload documents: Upload a portrait photo and a passport scan.
Step 5: Pay the fee: Use a bank card to pay the E-visa application fee (American Express cards are not accepted)4.
Step 6: Access https://evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search after a few days, enter the required information in the search box to check the status of the e-visa processing:
Step 7: Receive a link to download and then print the e-visa after your visa application is approved.
Step 8: Present your e-visa or verification code at the port of entry into Vietnam.
2. How long is the Vietnam Evisa valid for?
From August 15, 2023, Vietnam e-visas will be valid for a maximum of 90 days (instead of a maximum of 30 days under the old regulations) and are valid for one or more entries.
E-visa allows foreigners to enter Vietnam for various purposes such as tourism, business, and visiting relatives, and can be issued for one or more entries within this period.
The duration and number of entries will be clearly stated on the visa issued.
1. Fee for applying for Evisa to Vietnam
Fees for applying for an electronic visa to enter Vietnam:
This fee is non-refundable if your application is refused or if your visa contains any incorrect information provided by you on the application form.

The e-visa application fee is non-refundable, so you should carefully check all the information provided in your application.

Normally, the processing time for an e-visa is about 3 working days. However, this time may vary depending on the number of applications or holidays. Therefore, you should apply at least 2 weeks before your intended entry into Vietnam.

The port of entry listed on your visa cannot be changed. You cannot edit this information after you have applied for an e-visa or once your visa has been issued. If you need to change your port of entry, you will need to apply for a new visa.

Also, please note that you cannot apply for an e-visa as a group; each application is for a single applicant only.
